Welcome to NeuroMynds. These Terms of Use & Data Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, community, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using NeuroMynds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About NeuroMynds

NeuroMynds is an online community and educational platform designed to support neurodivergent individuals. We offer:

  • Curated and research-based informational content presented in accessible language.
  • A self-moderated online community with topic-specific channels.
  • A coaching marketplace connecting users with independent coaches specializing in neurodivergence.

NeuroMynds does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. All coaching sessions are provided independently by the coach you choose.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using the Platform, or purchasing a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

You also agree to comply with our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

4. Description of Services

The Platform provides three primary functions:

  1. Community: A self-moderated discussion space where members exchange experiences and ideas.
  2. Educational Content: Curated summaries and insights based on scientific research and publicly available sources.
  3. Coaching Marketplace: A service connecting users with independent, verified coaches. NeuroMynds acts solely as an intermediary.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time to improve user experience.

5. Independent Coaches

All coaches listed on NeuroMynds operate as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of NeuroMynds.

We perform reasonable verification (e.g., certification review, photo ID check) before onboarding, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of coaching services.

NeuroMynds:

  • Does not control or supervise coaches.
  • Is not liable for any act, omission, or advice provided by a coach.
  • Collects a 30 % platform fee on each confirmed session to maintain operations and customer support.
  • Charge a one-time registration fee of 30 EUR (equals 36 US$) to cover the careful, manual verification of each coach and their certifications.

By booking a session, you agree that any relationship formed is exclusively between you and the coach.

6. Health Disclaimer

All information on NeuroMynds is for educational and general informational purposes only. It should not be taken as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your health or wellbeing.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

  • Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise violates others’ rights.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Promote or sell products or services without written permission.
  • Interfere with the Platform’s functionality, data, or security.

NeuroMynds reserves the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including AI-generated summaries, text, graphics, logos, and curated research, are the exclusive property of NeuroMynds or its licensors.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
 Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Payments

Payments for coaching sessions are processed securely through Stripe, which may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit-card options.

We do not store your payment information. Stripe’s own Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.

Platform fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

10. AI Tools and Automated Content

NeuroMynds uses tools such as Chatbase, WordPress, Zapier, and Amelia to enhance functionality.

  • Chat data is anonymized and automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • AI outputs are informational and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.

11. Data Policy Summary

We collect and process limited personal data to provide and improve our services.
 This includes:

  • Account details (name, email, password – encrypted)
  • Coaching session information (scheduling, payment status)
  • Optional community content (posts, comments)
  • Technical and analytics data (via WordPress Analytics and Stripe)

We never sell user data.
 Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal or operational obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NeuroMynds and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, coaching sessions, or content.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • You agree that your use of NeuroMynds is at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, post harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain obligations (e.g., payment, confidentiality) may survive.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
