Refunds Policy
Updated: October 2025
1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for coaching sessions booked through our website www.neuromynds.com (“the Site”).
By scheduling or purchasing a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to make rescheduling or cancelling as fair and simple as possible.
a. Timely Cancellations (24 Hours or More Before Session)
-
If you cancel your coaching session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
-
Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
-
You may also choose to reschedule the session instead of receiving a refund.
b. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
-
However, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule once at no extra charge.
c. No-Shows
-
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify us in advance, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule a session:
-
Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, or
-
Contact us directly at care@neuromynds.com with your name, appointment date, and booking reference
Cancellations are confirmed only once you receive a written acknowledgment from us.
4. Technical or Payment Errors
If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue or error in payment processing, a full refund will be issued automatically through Stripe.
