To offer your coaching services on our platform, we maintain a set of strict professional requirements to ensure the highest standards of quality and care for our community.

We are a platform dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, and as such, it is essential that all coaches meet one of the following criteria:

• You are neurodivergent yourself and hold a recognized certification from an accredited academy specializing in neurodivergent coaching, or

• You have substantial professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals in a coaching or mentoring capacity incl. a high level of empathy.

Our experience has shown that traditional psychotherapeutic approaches often do not meet the unique needs of neurodivergent clients and in some cases, can even be counterproductive. Therefore, we seek coaches who demonstrate exceptional empathy, genuine understanding, and an individualized, person-centered approach rather than relying on standardized or “checkbox” exercises as their primary method.

Our goal is to cultivate a network of coaches who bring authenticity, sensitivity, and deep insight to their work, helping our community thrive in ways that truly respect and reflect neurodivergent experiences.

We charge a one-time administrative fee of 30 EUR to cover the thorough review of your documents and background.

Please note that registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a coach. Each application is carefully evaluated based on our selection criteria as mentioned above.
