For example at work:
You know there is a colleague, you have differences with. Not that big differences but your own feelings are a bit bad and in chaos about it and you also feel the tension of your colleague in conversations. You know, you can solve it but you need to endure the chaotic and bad feelings during the conversation.
How would you handle this Situation?
Second example in private:
You have differences with a friend or your partner. Not that big but your won feelings are a bit bad and in chaos about it and you also feel the tension of your friend or partner in conversations.
